We lived here for 2 years, and we could never count on the full use of our ameneties.
The computers were 80% down as the management did not think it was a priority to get on the issues, nor did they monitor the overuse and abuse of it.
A lot of noise from partiers, who often got evicted due to lack of pay.The management wasnt too choosy about who signed up for awhile.
The pool was dirty at times, and since there were a lot of children using it ( some unsupervised who were under 14) it wasnt pretty at times.
THe office would advertise being open until a certain times, but often they chose to be out for whatever reason- making it difficult to either talk to them personally or use the computer during stated business times.
The one plus was there was a washer and dryer in the unit,& I beleive the custodian tried to keep up with the workload. We rented an apt specifically because it had a small shade tree next to it,but when the wind blew it down, and we asked for a replacement, the manager laughed at our request.
