Canyon Slow and Terrible

Ive been renting this place for a year now and will be here till next year. Management had changed 2x already. I believe, the 3 girls in the office are better than the previous management. They are all very friendly and they accommodate my complaints and requests asap! However, there has been 1 request that has been running for like 3 months now and yet, I have no clue if they are still working onto my request to fix something in my apartment. I did followed it up multiple times and now I'm tired of calling them to see what's going on. Tenants here are not friendly, few will smile to you or smile back to you, but nonetheless, they are all hypocrites who has a do not care attitude. Swim pools are over populated..too many people all the time no matter what day of the week and what time of the day. Too many bugs and crap that needs to be taken care of soon. One maintenance guy Chris is the only handy man in this apartment, the other guy Gabriel barely speak English so he is stucked to work within his cage. Sucks! Manager Val___ been replaced for a while now. The previous Manager was really awesome ( I forgot her name). She even come to your door to distribute the monthly newspaper and updates the tenants of what has been going on etc. She have had programs too like Early Bird and last Holloween she have had a patio contest for the most well decorative and scariest patio, christmas decor contest too and had a programme last Christmas in the clubhouse. Now, things had changed in a bad way. The manager sucks...no monthly newspaper..heck....This Accounting Staff Fresh___ is nice but sucks too. She takes her kids in the office with her while she is on duty to work. The office is not an office environment, it looks like a Daycare! The receptionist is just ok I guess, no complain...Pet poop are everywhere burried on the ground, I stepped on it many times..yukky! Parking space is okay, no assigned parking but vacant most of the time. So, if you are planning to move here, BEWARE!!!
