I just found out about this site and I have to leave a comment. We have lived here for 3 years now. I complained to my wife on many occations that nothing gets done around here and the place keeps looking worse. The maintenance staff was worthless and the manager although she was friendly and likable wasn't getting the job done. I really didn't want to sign another lease here.
But now they have a new manager and I have to say she is great. I haven't met her but my wife has. She's only been here for a short while but has made so many changes. Every time I come home something is getting fixed and she ladscape is looking so much better now. She got rid of those poor excuses for maintenance guys and got new guys. I hear they are doing a great job and are very friendly. She is doing and block watch and gets everyone involved in the community even did a fuction for the kids last weekend. We even have security again. Wow...this is great! I will happily sign another lease. And I hope we will be able to bring our kids to the next function.
