I have lived here for over a year. The management is very unprofessional
and likes to brush things under the carpet instead of dealing with issues.
There is no tot lot for kids to play, nor many grassy areas for the kids.
Their main concern is meeting their fill rate. Make them promises just to get them in. No assigned parking, loud neighbors, the list goes on. They are managed by Century and they are just as good at ignoring any issues that was of concern to me.
