Low budget - Low favorability

My wife and I lived in these apartments for a couple of years until recently. Interior is updated fairly well but you can tell it's a low budget government home. Exterior is old and dirty and needs updating. About half of the buildings have gotten new paint. Neighbors tend to be loud and untidy but have had no real problems. Walls are thin - can hear music/TV/people yelling at each other. Office staff speaks English as a secondary language so they're difficult to communicate with and they are very unknowledgable. Even management has limited English and has no discretion or decision making ability so their helpfulness is limited. The only reason to live here is for the low rent cost.

I would not recommend this complex due to their management practices and leasing. I have rented for quite a few years and this is honestly the most shady complex I have rented from. The lease agreement breaks up topics of and important information over several sections over many pages so that many answers are hidden. I have found that ANY information spoken by the property manager and staff has been incorrect. They change Manager's every month now their new Jewell"MANAGER" Roxanna she is NASTY! NEVER AVALIBLE, OFFICE ALWAYS CLOSED, AND THE LEASING CONSULTANT NO HABLE INGLES! CAN YOU BELIVE THAT STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! DO NOT RENT HEREEEE!!!

ALL THESE REVIEWS ARE JUST A WASTE OF TIME, YOU CANNOT GO BY WHAT ANYONE SAYS ANYMORE. MOREOVER, THE 3 COMMENTS WERE VERY IDIOTIC AND CHILDISH. THE PLACE LOOKS CRAZY BUT IF YOU CANNOT AFFORD ANYTHING ELSE THAN GO FOR IT. BESIDES I THINK IF YOUR GRAMMAR IS NOT GREAT THAN YOU SHOULD NOT BE COMMENTING ON ANYTHING, SO DON'T TALK ABOUT SOMEONE'S LANGUAGE BARRIER. LOOK WHO'S ILLITERATE NOW.

My comment above was posted based off of my experience which is, I believe, the purpose of these websites. Management caused problems during every renewal and were very slow with getting anything finished. But, if you want to believe the intelligent rantings of the "anonymous" posters, so-be-it. They did type ALL IN CAPS so their comments must be more valid. Also, cussing and calling names is very helpful here. This should give you a decent idea of the people you deal with here. The people I know who have attempted to get apartments here are hard-working people who legitimately need some help and they have been denied for any and every reason management can find. After much irritation and waiting we managed to get our lease renewed a few times and are very glad to now be able to afford something nicer. It was helpful while we were in a career transition but it was not somewhere I wanted to be too long.

I too have had the misfortune to live in these apartments. The management is terrible. The "ladies" in the office, do speak English, but like previously stated only as a secondary language. Anah and Gloria can never help you with anything. Roxanna is never in there, but when she is there she has been willing to "help". Plumbing problems are happening every other week. Landscaping, if you can call it that, is a joke. The complex is dirty and run down. The playground, is used as a litter box for all of the abandoned cats. Kids run wild with no supervision from parents. After dark the complex feels unsafe to be out in. I would not recommend this place to anyone. By the way the above posts from "anonymous" were written by the "lovely ladies" in the office.
