I recently moved from out of state and am accustomed to living in nice areas. I was hesitant in moving to Arizona because of the crime, but found that The Village at West Point in Surprise to be perfect for me. I am very picky about my home and have enjoyed quiet neighbors, professional management, and a good area for 9 months now. They seem to work hard to keep the apartments top notch.
