Hi! I'm the Manager, Ivy. I've managed The Village at West Point since January of 2007 and am also a resident. My philosophy on customer service and resident satisfaction is this: Treat others better than they expect. I have hired a staff that agrees with this philosophy. We're not perfect, but we do our best to create the best possible envoirnment, the best deal, and great resident service, including just showing our residents that we appreciate them and care about them. We take resident feedback seriously and are prompt in taking care of needs. I highly encourage you to check out our community and new management.
