I would not recommend this complex due to their management practices and leasing. I have rented for quite a few years and this is honestly the most shady complex I have rented from. The lease agreement breaks up topics of and important information over several sections over many pages so that many answers are hidden. I have found that ANY information spoken by the property manager and staff has been incorrect. Although gated, many times people pushed and tailgated into the complex making the gates completely ineffective. Residents were not held to the "Pet Rules" per the lease and unacceptable dogs were in the complex and poop was not picked up. I was sited for chairs on my balacony while others were breeding dogs on theirs. Suggestion: request a copy of lease to take and ready completely (a few times) before signing anything. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT THE PROPERTY MANAGER OR STAFF TELLS YOU WITHOUT GETTING IT IN WRITING!
