The resident who wrote the previous review was angry because he wasn't allowed to break his lease free of charge and get a deposit back, because that's the lease agreement. He also complained that the gates didn't offer enough security, however, he never had a problem with security at our property for the duration of the time he lived here. He is an angry person and there was nothing that we, as a management company, could do to change that. Nothing made him happy. As far as grounds go, we clean them daily. No one is allowed to breed dogs on our property. Most of our residents are appreciative of the fact that we run such a clean and quiet community. Unfortunately, some people can't be made happy no matter what is done.

Ivy - you should not presume to know what other people are. You state that I even though I am not a man am angry and there is nothing you could do. You never addressed the letter sent about the security issues. Nothing was done about the poop on the ground or the children playing until all hours of the night on the grounds. Being that you live on the premises, YOU should be walking by the pool after 10:00 to see who is on the grounds. And don't rebut saying that you do or you would be making changes. It doesn't really matter what I say hear at this point. I'd be happy to post things so that people can judge on their own. Your voicemail telling me that I would get a refund, the letter from your assistant manager stating YOU gave incorrect info, pictures of the grounds with the dog poop not being picked up (maybe you should take your tours to the other side of the pool - opposite of the office, the copy of your letter telling us to take folding chairs off of our porch, and the pictures of dogs that were on the grounds not allowed in the lease agreement. I'm sure that would lend some credibility to what I have said. Oh wait - just reading the lease agreement 5 times thoroughly would do that. In regards to the dog breeding - it was reported to the county - animal cruelty - so I'm sure you'll be contacted as having been the leasing company that does not check on certain porches. I'm not angry - I'm trying to help others not fall into what we did when YOU were untruthful. I am documenting all of this with the management company itself and the better business bureau along with a carbon copy to the city of Surprise. Say what you want to at this point, but the truth is already out there at this point!
