This is a great community with friendly and knowledgable management. The grounds are nice (there is "green" in the desert). It's true that some people don't pick up after their dogs, but I guess you can't do anything unless you want to follow everyone with dogs and catch them not picking up. The lease agreement seemed pretty clear and in plain English to me. Most of it is just plain common sense. I really enjoy not having to maintain anything. I had a house and that was a lot of work. Here they will even change your air filter for you. If the toilet clogs, they will plunge it also. I have noticed that some of the other residents are too picky about some things. Our manager and the team seem to go out of their way to make us happy. They even hosted a pool party so everyone could get to know each other. It was great! This complex is like paradise compared to my last one in Phoenix. I would suggest anyone with a family to check this place out. Parking is abundant with many visitor spaces.

Anyone else find it odd that there are 3 GREAT reviews in 2 days just a few days after someone writes a really bad review? I guess that is one way to get your average up! Not that I am saying these peoples opinions aren't true, just curious timing.
