Been through three management changes in last two years. Grounds used to be cleaned every day now maybe once a week. Cars have been vandalized within the last couple of months. Very high turnover in residents within the last year. Rents have gone up after Mark Taylor took over. Most improvements have been done to clubhouse ( of course, thats what you see when you first arrive ). Square footage quoted includes balcony/porch. Not many people I know live on the balcony/porch.
