DON'T RENT HERE From: tarie1 Date posted: 10/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007 1 response   IF YOU DON'T CARE IF YOU GET YOUR DEPOSITS BACK THEN YOUR SAFE RENTING HERE. WHEN I RECENTLY MOVED OUT I SPENT 6 HOURS CLEANING THE APARTMENT,I DID EVERYTHING,WINDOW TRACKS,CLEANED BEHIND WASHER/DRYER/STOVE/DOORS/LIGHT FIXTURES...EVERYTHING ON THEIR LIST. 3 WEEKS WENT BY AND I DIDN'T HEAR ANYTHING ABOUT MY REFUNDED DEPOSIT AND THE NEW $35.00 REFUNDABLE KEY DEPOSIT. I CALLED THE OFFICE AND THE GIRL SAID I STILL OWED THEM MONEY FOR CLEANING OF THE APARTMENT,BUT SHE COULDN'T READ THE REPORT. SHE WOULD HAVE THE OFFICE MANAGER CALL ME THE NEXT DAY. NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK. I GUESS I CAN KISS THE $150.00 PLUS THE $35.00 NEW KEY DEPOSIT AWAY,AS APPARANTLY I OWE THEM THAT PLUS $7.65 FOR WHICH NO ONE CAN TELL WHAT ITS FOR. MAYBE THE MANAGER WILL CALL ME NOW.
