nice and quiet and maintenance is great I moved in about a year ago and just renewed my lease. I was debating between this community and another one in the area and I'm glad I chose to live here. It's really quiet (except for a few occasions at the pool) and I haven't had any issues.

we lived there for 7 months and it is very beautifu and built well for the most part all of the employees are nice except a select few or they are kinda rude if somethin is wrong. maintence is good very quick to fix or well try n fix it our top lock was broken the whole time we were living there

Go elswhere! This community has been going down the drain the last few months. Pool is closed until further notice as someone defecated in the pool. Rents are over 900.00 month for small one bedroom. Grounds used to be cleaned daily but now only weekly. Seems management here has lost control.

love it here I recently moved into my apartment back in January of 2007. this is a vary clean and nice property. The management has been more than friendly as well as quick to respond to any repairs or issues that may arrise. The grounds are keep clean and the ammunities are always nice and clean.
