Decent, but could have been better - I lived in the 2Bed/2Bath model that was furnished (I don't know if they still do this). It was a decent apartment with a good layout and lots of space (especially in the master bedroom which has a built in book case). It's location is perfect thanks to it being the closest apartment complex to ASU on it's North Side (Quadrangles is next door).
