Now they are leased by individual owners, not run by some crazy management complex (like university housing omg!). Tempe's great little secret - Questa Vida is a large condo/townhome community that is right off University and River, it is quiet and clean, been around since the 1980's these floorplans were designed to be perfect for students with a 2/2 3/2 and 3/3 floorplans!
