I am a parent of a ASU student that leased for 2 years at the Apache Station. They had 3 name changes in the time my son signed the lease. After he moved out I received a move out bill totaling over $3000 thats right THREE THOUSAND dollars. The bill stated it would go to collection in 30 days from the date I received it. I called several times and left messages and no one ever called me back. They listed carpet replacement and a non-detail list of alleged damages. A cleaning charge of $290, a trash fee of $300 and a painting charge. This was a 2 bedroom apartment and his room mate was billed the same outrageous amount. Needless to say we have hired an attorney to deal with this situation. If you have experienced similarly please contact me at Zotrophic@aol.com . apparently from reviewers this appears to be the way Apache Station does business.
