lets address the dog poop that some are complaning about,they are part of the problem i guess they left out that are 1 of the apartments that have 3 dogs in a onebed room,think about how that might smell!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! as far as getting something fixed here all you have to do is ask.
some things might take alittle long but things always get done in a timely matter.......once again no matter where you live you are going to see homeless people but let me asure you we have none that sleep any where in the complex the gates are closed at night.
but if you need something fixed you can't complain about it then not let them in to fix.if that is the case then no nothing will get done.this is a very safe place to live nothing bad go's on here.

Management Rejected a seeing eye /working dog....saying they didnt take dogs when there were plainly 4 people out with dogs walking,Mean---
Our Bike was stolen an we are taking Management to Small claims.. her son signed for a package that went missing for days. Shady I mean Very Shady--------!!!When You have this sort of thing happen after moving 1800 miles an this is all you know of Tempe,its sad.
And people do sleep out back of Building A an since July 9 screens are torn off the back windows of several units-- so Maintence is ! guy.
an thats another store, he's upset that Sol the owner makes him charge stuff on his personal credit cards, an he yells on his phone, avoids people..Look really when ya can't let a seeing eye work dog in..as retaliation to a stolen bike-- its Not a warm an fuzzy place, up in319,an then later gone , Jacob, beat his girlfriend an lived a Jerry Springer nightmare, ohh the girlfriends bi polar, going to every apartment using phiones, his using his own child,as a shield...an Mom's the manager,so nothing happened...its not safe here!!!
Homeless do roam the property they DO jump the fence..or just walk on in the back gates, an sleep in the unlocked electic closets at end of buildings---so-----Heed this revioew!!!!!!!!!!!!!
