then you found your slumlord dream.
8 managers in 3 years one more, trashy then the next, we had Mold also, an a leak in our bathroom vent---I'd rather curl up with the vagrants in the electrical rooms at the end of the building.

health code an saftey violations----had someone-come in-as favor to the owner, who wasn't a certified Mold specialist an,said he knew what he was doing-- well it was a lie-- I paid a Professional out of my own pocket-- who had the proper gear- an my results were positive-for BLACK mold--3 types--- now 3 days later I got a copy in my door..of someone else who did the same thing--MOLD__ an unsafe conditions= don't do it!!!!!
Every single thing asked of the manager, is, then put on this one an only maintenence guy..an when he isnt doing "side work" for the owner he sits in the office gossips then might half --- get to something----
the Tempe police have a print out of the bikes stolen, the cars stolen, or broken into-so they can SAY what they will the reports DO NOT LIE__- its UNREAL______ If you want BS then you got it here!!!!
