The Bad:
There are roaches, which keep coming back even after having the place sprayed.
The neighbors are creepy, many of which are into drugs, and make a lot of noise at seemingly all hours. They leave trash everywhere, from cigarette butts (which they are constantly smoking with kids around) to food wrappers and chicken bones.
The complex is right behind a hookah bar that gets extremely noisy at night, with drunk people screaming and cars with sound systems booming in its parking lot.
There have been break-ins and one resident was finally arrested for stealing a variety of things from other residents.
Strange people who aren't likely residents here wander in and out of the front gate, and the lighting is bad everywhere outside.
The laundry facility is dirty and the washers are constantly broken, sometimes there are only 2 working.
The pool is usually dirty and has had some strange things in it, such as rocks and smashed cell phones.
There are a couple of cameras, one at the front gate, but its pointing toward the sky, so it doesn't do any good.
Rent recently went up from $600 to $630, not sure why.
The complex is right next to a trailer park. One of these trailers seemingly has 10 chihuahuas living in it, and when they go outside they ALL bark.
The Good:
The courtyard is very pretty and well kept. Maintenance is pretty good, although there is a single maintenance man.
Dogs are accepted with a $150 pet deposit and no pet rent.
A 1 bed/1 bath is spacious with 708 square feet.
All in all, its not a good place, especially for safety. Its noisy and not in a good area.
