I loved living here! Aside from the extremely annoying college students that lived next door and the less than effective management, it was a pleasure living here. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the location can't be beat (walking distance from downtown Tempe and ASU). Like I said, the management takes a minute to get off it's a$$, but I found a email to Aimco (the company that owns the property) remedies that problem REAL quick! Far from grocery stores a real problem. I would remain if I could afford it, but still recommend it.
