I don't know where the other reviewers live, but I live in the 2-story, approx 900-100 sq. ft. places. My all-time biggest fear is cockroaches, and surprisingly have never seen one in my 9 months here. I have heard of the occasional roach from people that live in the studios though. Management is extremely friendly, especially the blonde lady. She's always friendly, and very responsive. Anytime anything ever happened (garbage disposal times 3), it was fixed within the next day. Just over $700 for about 1000 sq ft in a nice tree-covered neighborhood is a steal. Sure there are people that dumpster dive, but honestly they're not your typical "bum" they're using Trader Joe paper bags. It's probably my science teacher from MCC. But anyways, why focus on that, it's less than 1% of what I experience here. The electric bills are cheap. I would like to take this place with me to Chicago in September where my rent is going to be double for almost half the space. I would reccomend the 2-story apartments on the north side of the street to anyone. Good value, trees everywhere unseen in Arizona period. It looks like the east-coast. You can park right next to your door. No more directing friends over who can't find a place in the typical Arizona fashioned apartment complexes post 2000. Convenience, value, cleanliness, good to go. The only problem was my neighbor whose basslines I could hear through the walls who moved in 6 months ago. Once I called the cops, that stopped though.

Actually the people dumpster diving are bums now as well. Also homless people sleeping in the park across from the complex. Also just last month there was somone who was going through the parking lot and breaking the windows out of people's cars

This is an update on my glowing review from almost 3 years ago. I would no longer recommend this place. Management is rude, constantly changing, and the rent has gone up too much to ever consider this a value. Also, what a terrible choice to paint the complex brown. Horrendous.
