I lived here for just over 4 years and I loved it. The grounds are beautifully maintained, there are so many trees, and the apartments are cute and well laid out, if just a little bit old. The office staff is friendly and willing to help. Problems are corrected quickly, and if they can't fix it to your satisfaction, they will work with you to get things right. Maintenance is friendly and competent. It's so nice to not have to pay for parking for any of the Mill Avenue stuff, you can just stroll on down there. No covered parking, but plenty of parking in the back lots and on the streets.
The sad part is that the neigborhood just kept getting worse and worse while we lived here. We left because of that, and the desire to have a washer and dryer in our apartment! Other than that, I could have stayed there another 4 years and been happy.
