This place is close to downtown tempe.
The park across the street is great.
The area is attractive and it feels pretty safe to take late night strolls.
My apartment's interior is more updated than similar sized apartments of the same size and shape.
Its got plenty of storage for its size.
The bad things about this place is the size and price of rent don't seem to match.
It is really really small 470 SQ FT (I think).
If they took out a wall it could easily pass for a studio.
It also doesn't have any common amenities that apartments of equal price have, such as washer/dryers and dishwasher.
My apartment has an A/C runoff that falls right outside the front door and they won't fix it.
Told us to just deal with it.
Other than that we are ok with the apartment.
Not sure if we are going to stay here or not though.
The apartment manager is good to work with also.
