I was weary to rent from a company like AIMCO because of the horror stories I've heard. I have been very impressed so far, though. The apartment is outdated but provides the basics which make for a great place for a college student or beginning renter. The staff at the leasing office are typically friendly and have always gone out of their way to resolve issues that come up. There's adequate parking with trees that provide great shade for your car, lots of greenery, and beside the airplane noise the neighborhood is impressively quiet!

I'd highly recommend the Arbors.

As much as this dump charges for rent of run-down apartments in a flightpath is insane. Just wait until ASU Starts. Then its parties and drunks. Just wait until you find your first bum digging through the trash or are mugged
