It's true the people that live here are the worst. They are rude inconsiderate slobby trashy garbage. Well The people in the apartment behind mine play their music so loud that it shake the walls of my apartment and I can feel my computer desk on the oposite wall vibrate. I have had to call the police on them twice already today about noise. There are several dog owners who do not clean up after their dogs. So there is dog poop everywhere. There are often drunks outside late at night fighting or being loud and obnoxious. Its also right under a flightpath so the noise level in this complex is intolerable. Quiet it is not. As was mentioned in reviews by others there are people who dumptser dive and it is very disturbing to be on ones way to work and find somone in fact anyone going through your trash. The Landscaping on the surface appears nice until you look at the trees and observe that many of them are dying and the Landscapers are idiots that start at 07:00 am amd will just stand there in the same spot with a leaf blower. The staff and managment change so often that they do not care. Now about the apartment itself it is below par. When for the same rental price you can get an apartment twice this size and with a washer and dryer in south Tempe. The walls have been repainted over and over again so much so that you can not properly close cabinets. The plumbing well sucks. Its old all of it needs to be replaced and it leaks oh and there is mold in my apartment due to these leaks. I wish that I had done my research before renting here. Avoid this place
