if trash is your idea of a nice veiw.
then move in here.
the staff is only nice when you are visiting and havent signed a lease yet.
once you are a residnet, they have no time to address the many concerns.

You get fined $50 if you leave your trash out by your door. Last summer, our neighbors left theirs out all day so we complained to the office. Not even 30 minutes after complaining, the bag of trash was gone.
