I've gone from riches to rags moving from a 2000 square foot home to this small 950 square foot apartment. (Got laid off, going back to school at ASU.) I've had nothing but good experiences living here. The office staff is very friendly and knows me by name. I know the maintenence staff and trust them. They are very responsive. When I moved in, they said that it may take 2 days unless it was an emergency. The 2 times I called the maintenence staff was here with in hours.
Folks this is an old building! There's bound to be some things that need to be fixed, so a small trade off for location.
There's some charactors that walk around here. I really haven't seen too many homeless people. But they are still people! There's also a lot of college students and people who just like living in this location. Heck, I'm with in walking distance of Mill. If I don't want to walk I can take the Orbit for FREE to Mill.
I've been pretty happy living here even though it's not my beautiful house in suburbia. I've met some great people who live on the property. One guy even fought to have a little garden. We look out for each other here!
