I lived here for over 3 years, that should tell you that it's not an awful place to live.
The office staff (not manager) are fantastic people who will bend over for you and the maintenance guys work their butts off.
The neighbors are a bit iffy.
I have found crack vials on the public railings, witnessed a shooting, tripped over empty 40's in the stairwell.
Yet my car was never broken into.
I always had space to park.
The neighbors were mainly good people with a few bad apples.
I did have several complaints in for noise, nothing was ever done to my knowledge.
2 separate leak issues, one which ruined one of my rugs, one which ruined my mattress.
These were never replaced, but I did not make a huge deal of it.
The refridgerator died halfway thru and while it was incredibly inconvenient to be with a dead fridge (furniture propping it closed to keep the smell in) for over a week, they did replace it with a new model.
The main thing I have to say out of anger is to *always* be sure to be present during the walkthru on leaving.

This person mentions Crack vials,which have not been in circulation since the mid-nineties!(the vials have since become completely obsolete)Its ironic that she would go on to say she "tripped" over a Beer bottle,Im guessing this person has bad eye sight more than anything else..and perhaps she is a bit jittery and imaginative!

Wow, shaolintraveler, crack vials are still in use and when lights are not working on stairwells, well we all don't have night vision goggles like you do. Obviously you're on staff or an office worker for Arbour Park and have never had to actually live there.
