There was already a lot of security with the UPS facility located all along the west property line, and now they are building a new police station along the east property line. Under these conditions I have never known any problems with crime here and I don't anticipate any. That means a lot to me. Otherwise I've only had some minor issues with insects that were hard to get rid of, and prior tenants' damage that are still not fixed and I have to look at every day.
