I lived in two apartments in the very back... H building... and too say the least it was an interesting experience. The first apartment we were paying $615 for a one room 550 square foot apartment, utilities included , the second was the second down from that apartment we paid $550, 550 square foot, utilities included. We convinced a friend to move into another one of the apartments in the same building and they told the management that they were going to look elsewhere and they pretty much begged them to reconsider I believe they ended up paying $500 for the same type of apartment. While living in the first apartment I woke up one morning to my neighbor (the one in between my apartment and the one I eventually moved into) screaming at her pimp that she was going to go sell herself for him, they were always extremely loud and obviously were tweakers. Our air conditioner stopped working, when the maintenance man came to fix it he pulled a pizza box out of the unit that had been stuck up there since 1997' (there was a coupon with the expiration date on it). The swimming pool was horrific instead of cleaning it they would literally run a garden hose into the drainage ditch which took about three days then fill it up. They never even did that for the jakuzzi which was thick green with algae, it was disgusting. In the second apartment the upstairs sink leaked into our kitchen completely ruining the cupboard under our kitchen sink, I wasn't there when it happened, but apparently it flooded the entire kitchen, so we couldn't put anything under the sink because, they never fixed the particle board in the cupboard. The air conditioner was incredibly loud which was directly in front of our bedroom. There was at one point a broken sprinkler head that was broken and it shot a geyser up to the THIRD floor, this went on for weeks before they fixed it. I heard stories of girls being raped in the stairwells, people found dead in their apartments, police were there all the time. In one day within five minutes I had one person ask me if I knew where I could score them crack as I was walking out of the parking lot, then had a guy ride by on his bicycle smoking a joint in the middle of the day. A friend of mine had a big drunken, native man follow us home, another time we had guy in a truck follow us to our complex, he even did a u turn stopped in a parking lot to wait for us to walk by then followed us some more, another time I had a man pull across the sidewalk asking me if I wanted a ride. This is NOT a good complex.

Obviously this guy has know idea what he's talking about, he's just bitching because he has nothing better to do!! And apparently he's extremely gullable. It's not a bad place to live...you get exactly what you pay for.
