We have lived here for almost a year and haven't had any problems. The only things I can think of is the fact that there are no washer and dryers in your unit. (Its a laundry facility) you pay $1.00 for each load, and they are small washers. Yes, there are illegals, white trash, and thugs, but you live in Phoenix and in an apartment complex. Obviously you are going to have a large variety of cultures. The walls are thin, but not too bad. Haven't had to report anyone. We live right next to the police station, so I feel pretty safe. Office staff is nice. But YOU ARE GOING TO GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU PAY FOR. These aren't luxury apartments, mostly students live here. Rent is cheap and utilities are included!!
