we've lived here for more than a year. there aren't too many places with utilities (electric) included so it was a good deal for us. there are only studios/one-bedrooms here and the apartments aren't large. no dishwasher, no washer-dryer in the unit, thin walls. but the staff is nice and maintenance usually fixes things when you call - eventually. it's not much, but it's not bad. if you're a student, a flight attendant, or on a very fixed income, you can't beat it.
