Management is a joke, unless of course your Latino, then they bend over backwards for you.
If you're white, forget it, you don't matter.
Maintenance was good until the head maintenance guy, Russ, passed away, now most of the "security lights" do not work, sprinklers spray crazily all over the place if they work at all.
It took them eight times to fix the light in my kitchen.
I kept telling them I think the ballast is bad, but no it was the switch on the wall they replaced seven times before-big surprise- the ballast had to be replaced.
The pool or jacuzzi are nice if you don't mind picking up a disease from whatever is swimming around in the multi-colored water.
Most of the times the laundry rooms are vandalized and not kept up.
Don't dare complain about blaring noise all night long to management, they don't care, make sure you call the cops repeatedly before someone finally gets the hint.
