They have cut the water off again without notice...If you ever want to get your things done on time, don't stay here.

I don't mind paying for the utilities, but I don't want free utilities where they keep shutting the water off without notice.

Do they ever realize how inconvenient it is to people living here' What happened to those older times of slipping a notice under each door stating what they are going to do''''''As the person said in the review below, they cannot be more irresponsible...
