Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
Merit: utilities included. Spacious bedroom. Soundproof is ok because of brick walls and cement floors. 2b/2b is convenient to share bwteen two couples.

Shortcomings:

Not cheap.
old house. old and low quality fixtures. Never change filters if yo don't ask.
Windows are thin. You can hear outside noise with windows closed.





Kitchen is too small- almost no kitchen at all,it's in the living room.





Unfriendly staff. Ask for $125 deposit, $25 application for each roommate, even you are a married couple, each of you have to pay.
