Randy and Hannah (office staff) are great, as are the maintenance gentlemen - all are very accommodating. Rent is fair, considering utilities are included. Parking is fine. Building is soundproof from neighbors (except for subwoofers) but not soundproof from the outside (SEE BELOW). Maintenance issues are attended to promptly. My only complaints, after living in building for 3 years, are 1) noise from bar on Apache is unbelievable loud about 1 day/week, and 2) in the C.P. parking lot facing Terrace, transient types ask the question, "spare some change'" often, and sometimes in an intimidating if not aggressive manner, 3) don't know if this is a plus or negative, but there is a "Tempe Police" sub-station in the building ? a bit unnerving.
