Good for your money

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1998
I lived there in 1998 so it's been awhile.
The good things: I paid under $500 for a 1BR with a double marble sink, huge rooms, an awesome swamp cooler, and modern appliances. new blinds too. The pool was nice and no one was ever out there. It was hard chucking laundry all over to go the laundry room, but..meh, what can ya do. It was a great short walk to school and the neighborhood was nice coming from where I am from.
Bad things:
I faced Apache and the noise from the bar was loud when I was trying to study but it was nice having the CP across the street for stuff.
My car got vandalized and it was PARKED in front of the police substation!
The office staff when I was there (Deb) was a royal you-know-what but I hear the new office staff is great.
