i have now lived here for two years and i would still recommend it to people who want to live close to campus for cheap. i've had a studio for the last two years and while i've outgrown the room, it's been great. maintanence is superb and gets things done straight away; i've never had a problem with the workers either. never had a problem with crime or felt uncomfortable outside at night. the office staff is helpful, especially the manager, and they do a lot of things to make the complex feel like a community. the laundry facilities are kept-up and reasonably priced, plus you can usually get machines at any hour. all utilities included was the main feature that drew me here and kept me here.

now for the not-so-great things: the a/c and heat. you don't get a choice as to when these are on since they are regulated by management. if it's 90F in march, tough, you gotta stick it out until they decide it's TOO hot for no a/c. things tend to breakdown around here often as well. my a/c broke in march and though it got replaced, it's not as nice as it was before. i'm constantly having the aparment sprayed for pests: does the pest control guy's spray actually WORK' also, the studio's only have one sink, so that's one sink to wash your dishes and brush your teeth in. the stove/oven is also half size as well as the fridge. my freezer doesn't work whatsoever since it's almost a mini-fridge. finally, my shower had a tendency to get clogged every few months and had to get maintanence to take a look at it.

am moving out since i have graduated from asu. though i did have issues with a few things here, i would still recommend it.
