I am not sure what these other people are talking about when it comes to the noise level. I have lived here since 1999 and will be moving out December end because I graduated. I actually live close to the landlady and her kids are NOT LOUD other than your normal kid noise. There are a
lot more kids that live here than before and maybe that?s why they think it is to loud. The noise level outside the apartment from the streets, trains etc., is not under control of the landlady. The staff is excellent and very nice. The apartment complex is the nicest in the area and is always very clean. BEST place to live for the price, hospitality and school.
