Not bad for the price, but the brick walls retain heat

The rent of this apt. is similar to those in this neighborhood, however utilities are included so thats 100-200 dollars you save right there. The drawback to the utilities being included is that the ac/heat is offered only one at a time. In the summer it's fine, but after october when they switch to heat it gets unbearably stuffy, i used the heat maybe twice in one year, its ok if you leave your windows open and the fan on. Maybe thats just my apartment.
The staff here are really friendly, and they are never to busy to help you. I lived at the Village before i lived here and that was a nightmare, maintenance complaints here are usually dealt with that day or the next, at the village you were lucky if they even came at all after you filled out a complaint. If you are living with a roomate and think 2 bedrooms are over your price range, the one bedrooms are big enough for 2 people, there is a double sink outside of the bathroom, and the bedroom is big enough for 2 full beds dressers and a computer desk and bookcase.
If you cook a lot there isnt much of a kitchen, its more of a wall and not much counterspace, but for a college student on a budget it serves my needs.
