I moved into this place because the rent seemed pretty reasonable since utilities are included. Right off the bat I realized that my room had a cockaroach problem, they tried having a pest control guy fix it but he wasnt able to, they told me it was because of my dirty neighbors. Another thing I learned after moving in there is that the maitanance guy was a felon, which kind of made me uneasy knowing that he had access to enter my apartment whenever. It is pretty noisy here, but I realize that a campus apartment complex is going to be loud. To get an idea about the room structure it's a good idea to keep in mind that these apartments used to be ASU dorms. Probably my biggest complaint was that getting a warm shower in the morning was only possible if I was up before 8 o'clock or after noon. I guess maybe it was part of the complex I was at or something. I am definately goiong to find someplace new when my lease is up.
