Why would someone want to lease at a community where there is not even a building up yet. Pluss, they look so ------. These are pre-fab apartments that are put together in a factory and then connected like legos. Oh my, they might not even stay together. I didnt end up renting there because i found out that the manager is the manager that was at University Courtyard. Tiffany Board. She was not nice to me even once and it seemed as if she never got one thing accomplished. I was not the only one at that property that hated her. Like i said, Whats the pointe'" Why would someone buy a new car without test driving it first. Much less an apartment. I would never rent from a company that has the motto, "Whats the pointe!"
