Everything was fine until the roaches and bugs started showing up in February... then the elevator broke down and has been non-working for about 70% of the time ever since then. All the machines in the supposed "workout room" are broken, and here's the best part of all...

The Air Conditioning in the entire complex has been off and on since the beginning of summer!!! At one point it was broken for an entire week! It got so hot that I couldn't stay in my apartment the entire time! As I write this review it once again does not work. Repairmen have even come up to my room and lied to my face, saying the AC is working even though the office staff admitted to me only hours earlier that it was once again broken.

Arizona statue requires apartments to pride a rent discount for all days that cooling or heating is not provided for an extended period of time. When attempting to pay the management this discounted rent amount, I was served with an eviction notice requiring me to pay the full amount plus late fees! Unless you have a good lawyer on your side, this place will treat you like s*it!!!
