I have been here a year and yes the AC went out for a total of 5 days this summer because they did not have back-up parts and were waiting for them. The cockroaches are also bad. Also the internet and T.V. are HEAVILY conjested in the daytime, so don't plan on digital cable or internet gaming working during the day. The rooms though are big, I don't hear to much noise, though my roomate does, and maitenance has been better lately about fixing things. No problems with hot water either. Also workout equip works fine for me.
