This place is a complete --------.

The management is VERY rude. Bugs EVERYWHERE (millions) It's always loud. I never felt safe. Cars were constantly being broken into. You can't control the heat/ac. The gate on the pool doesnt work, so you have to jump the gate to get in. Someone steals clothes from the laundry facilities, complained and the management didn't care. It's constantly dirty, even when the management is "on site". It was a hassle to move out, and I had to wait months to get half my security deposit back. It constantly smelled like pot. When I moved in, EVERYTHING was painted white, like they just sealed it up after the last person moved out, and they did a ------ job. The fire extinguisher was painted to the wall.

My aunt called once to ask why I hadn't called about receiving my birthday card from her, since I usually do. I hadn't received it, so I went to ask the management about it. They went to the back, and came out telling me that she wrote the wrong address, so they were holding it. I told them they really needed to let me know that they had my mail, and I kid you not, the ----- SCREAMED at me, telling me that my aunt needs to get it right if she wants to send me mail. It was a casual mistake!

Another time, I came home to find blood all over the sidewalk in front of an apartment. I picked up my cell phone to call 911, and saw the cops pull up, so I just went in my apartment, and never heard about it again. And, the management didn't care.

NOTHING BUT BAD EXPERIENCES HERE

I totally agree with him/her. Never move in here. If your toilet is broken, it will take them two weeks to fix it. I am looking for another apartment.
