Even though the place is convenient because it is close to campus and the price is not bad, the place is ugly and not well maintained. For example, the washing machines broke like one year ago and they are still not fixed. Someone cut part of the fence where the bikes are kept and management hasn't fixed it yet...the result:lots of bikes have been stolen. And it is not just the management that contributes to all these problems; the tenants do their part. People leave garbage everywhere (some are to lazy to take it to the dumpster) and they bring shopping carts from Food City all the time, making the place look worse.
Stay away from this place! I'm leaving soon!
