Wow. Where to begin about this place. For staters the place supposedly has 2 elevators, but in actuallity it's more like 1/2. 1 has mysteriously stopped working due to vandalism (even after 2 years'), and the other often happens to "break down" on fridays so you don't get to use it on the weekends. Like previous respondents have said the bug problem is ridiculous. Not just a few but thousands. The people that work there are idiots, I've seen them just playing computer games while walking into the office, very professional. Water/AC problems occur constantly depending on the time of the year. One of the water notices said "please fill up your bathtub for water as it will not be available till the evening". I mean come on this place is ridiculous. Rent for studios is 600 bucks and wow, with all this included' WHAT A STEAL!!! This apartment complex needs to be closed down/investigated it has gotten ridiculous. I advice you ten fold to look else where. My girlfriend recently moved into the Peaks near papago park, it seems nice, I'd advice you to look towards classier establishments such as it. STAY FAR AWAY FROM CAMPUS POINTE!!!

They just told what the problem was, FIX IT!!! Why do you need to talk about the problem when you already have it IN WRITING???? This is a clear indication of the intelligence level this staff is cable of - it's almost funny.
