No major complaints From: rentermieter Date posted: 10/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I agree with most other comments. Very affordable and good location relative to ASU/downtown Tempe. Also a brick building so it's very quiet. My only complaint is the neighborhood: surrounding neighborhood is falling apart - homeless camp down the street and you can't go to circle K without somebody trying to sell you a watch. I had a bike and a car stereo stolen here in the year that I lived here. No other complaints. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
