I have lived here for just over a year and am renewing my lease because I love it. I have never had a problem with the staff being to strict at all (maybe if you don't break rules you don't get notices, just a thought) All of my maintenance stuff is taken care of immediatley and You can't beat the location, right by ASU and down town.
