Not a bad place to live

I have lived here for a year and it has not been a bad experience. The office staff is very friendly (not bad looking either) and they are actually extremely helpful (and we have asked a lot of them). The maintanence staff is really quick and does quality work. Also, the complex itself is really nice.
On the other hand, we had to call maintanence several times because things were constantly breaking. Also, it is a little too tame for me, being an ASU student. If you are too, you might want to think twice about committing to a year here because you feel like you're way out on an island all by yourself (your friends will probably not want to pick you up or drop you off 'cause you wont be on the way to anything). Plus there are plenty of older people living here too, which means you can't party like you might want to.

If you want to party so badly, living like an adult and acting like an adult may not be the life-style you desire. May I suggest paying $900.00 a semester for your party rather than the $800.00 minimum we require to live here.
